Warranty on Frames and Lenses for 30 Days:
Frame Warranty: Covers metal coatings. It does not cover painted parts in direct contact with the skin, surfaces such as tables, chairs, or other surfaces (e.g., the ends of the glasses, the rim of the glasses, the bottom of the frame).
Lens Warranty: Covers issues with lens coatings.
Repair and Adjustment Warranty: Includes repair, adjustment of eyeglass frames, and replacement of accessories such as screws (if available or replaced with similar types).

Lens Replacement Support:
If you experience any discomfort due to the nearsightedness of your glasses, we offer a 50% discount on lens replacement costs within 30 days. This offer is applicable to cases of nearsightedness as diagnosed by a TwinSpace optometrist.
Note: TwinSpace does not provide warranty support for the following cases:
Damage caused by customer breakage, scratching, or warping of the product.
Normal wear and tear over time.
Damage due to improper storage, such as frame deformation, blistering from high temperatures, or mold growth due to storage conditions.

Product Exchange:
TwinSpace will assist customers in exchanging products if the item arrives damaged, incorrect in size, color, or brand, or if it is damaged due to transportation
